Did a lot of Peace Corps work today! slept in unitl 10 am, snoozin with maceo and vaga. Coffee and crypto quotes with Susanne.

Into cristo Rey with Maria to house hunt. One crappy cement house and one gorgeous wooden one with a porch. I want it. couldn’t talk to the owner, so into town. Dropped off wood for Susanne. Lunch at Sol, chatting with Thom about a Head Start program. Susanne and I will check it out tomorrow morning, 9am- 11 am. Could be an every Friday thing. is an every Friday thing…Did a little shopping (I browsed) Back to Cristo Rey (wet ride) to talk with the house’s owner. He bulit the house on his days off and seemed very nice, but very unsure of wanting to rent it. It needs work: steps, electricity, water, bano, and he wants to put in a ceiling and a wall, but i like it as one big open room. I’m supposed to talk with Rupert again on Monday. (he works at Chaa Creek, so in the evening)
I want that little cabin so badly I can already envision me living there. It has an awesoem porch with a beautiful view. I’ll be praying to the housing gods to let that house be mine. I could even deal iwth a latrine to lvie there! I’ll be bummed if he turns me down.
